About Gypsy Siberians

Located in South Florida, Gypsy Siberians is a small, family-run cattery devoted to raising exceptional Siberian kittens with intention, care, and purpose.

Proudly registered with The International Cat Association (#38554), our program began in 2019 in Saint Augustine, Florida, with our foundation queen, Gypsy, whose temperament, beauty, and impact continue to shape everything we do today.

What started as a passion quickly became something much deeper: a commitment to families, especially those who believed they could never own a cat due to allergies.

Our Philosophy

We believe exceptional kittens are not created by chance, they are the result of intentional breeding, thoughtful pairing, and hands-on care from the very beginning.

At Gypsy Siberians, we focus on:

• Raising kittens in a true home environment

Each kitten is nurtured daily, allowing them to develop into affectionate, confident, and deeply connected companions.

Health & Responsible Breeding

The long-term health of our cats and their offspring is at the heart of our program.

All breeding cats undergo:

• DNA testing for genetic diseases
• Comprehensive PCR screening
• FeLV/FIV testing on the queens
• Monitoring for key conditions such as Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) and Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD)

As our cats mature, we continue advanced screenings, including echocardiograms with board-certified cardiologists.

We don’t just check boxes, we actively protect the future of the breed through responsible, transparent practices.

Allergy-Conscious Siberians

Siberians are known for producing lower levels of the Fel d 1 protein—the primary allergen associated with cat allergies.

As allergy sufferers ourselves, we understand how meaningful it is to finally find a cat that doesn’t trigger symptoms.

While no cat is completely hypoallergenic, many of our families who once struggled with allergies are now able to comfortably enjoy life with their Siberians.

We are always happy to guide families through this process and provide support in making the right decision for their home.

Raised in the Heart of Our Home

Our kittens are not raised in cages or separate facilities.

They are raised in our home, alongside our family and children, exposed to everyday life, sounds, and interactions from the very beginning.

This early environment plays a vital role in shaping kittens who are:

• Confident and adaptable

The result is a kitten that transitions seamlessly into their new home.

Our Reservation Process

To preserve the integrity of our program, we operate exclusively through a reservation list.

We intentionally produce a limited number of litters each year, allowing us to focus on:

• Proper development
• Individual attention
• Thoughtful placement

Families are welcomed in order and invited to select their kitten once personalities begin to emerge.

This ensures each match is intentional, not rushed.
